the worst cable/internet providers, poor service. poor customer service. Complex i live in is contracted with this company. there are no options so it is always the customers fault.There is never a supervisor avaiable. No CEO name available. I would hide if i knew i was legally robbing my customers Rates are almost double of competitors with less channels. Server issues on a regular basis.

Even the property managers would like to be able to get out of the contract. this is due to so many tenant complaints.

If *** has cable this must be the provider

Cant wait for deregulation and Verizon to be an option
