Worst company ever. The reason they treat their customers so poorly is because we HAVE NO CHOICE. If you live in my condo complex, we have to use them. No choice. Ignition knows this, so they couldn't care less about about their customer service. Just like a monopoly.

Ygnition review in Conroe, Texas: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Your description is the same as mine. I will be watching a show, movie, and it will just stop with a blue screen saying NO ACCESS. It happens at least 3 times a day. THey tried that with me with my credit card. I lived in NY moved to Houston and she never told me it will be an automatic withdrawal for payment. When a month went by and we didn't get our bill I called and they said they take automatic setup only. We have our phone, internet, AND cable by them. I said then cancel all three services. She said she would make an exception and charge me an extra fee for a paper bill sent to me. WHAT?? You are charging me for a bill?? So now I pay an extra amount to get a paper bill because she said they do not like accepting checks for payment. What a crock of s&^%. I hate this service. As far as I know this is the only cable service in the Conroe, Texas Loop 336 area. I am disable so all I do is look forward to certain shows. But now the shows are always interrupted with Out of Service. I called the main office like you and was switched 4 times. Finally got a work order. They came out. Said they did something outside checked the wires inside and said I was set. I don't know to this day what I was set for because It is STILL DOING THE SAME THING. I hate this company. If I had any other options I would change without even thinking about it. Even a 2 star company would be better than this piece of sh*& company.

Ygnition - Terrible Cable Service Review from San Diego, California
This is the worst cable supplier I have EVER known. They provided terrible service, never honored their contract, provided extremely rude telephone reps. And I mean RUDE! I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully as I have by Ygnition. I would rather sit alone, in the dark with no TV at all then do business with these people again. If I were buying a home and was told that Ygnition was the only cable service available...I would not buy that home. SERIOUSLY!

Ygnition review in Phoenix, Arizona: Worst. Internet. Service. Ever.
Don't take my word for it. If you go to Speedtest.net, you can see how fast your real download and upload speeds are, not what Ygnition wants you to believe. As of this evening, my download speed was - drumroll please - 0.01 Mb/s. I have phone modems that were faster. My upload speed was 2.03 Mb/s. Also, between 1:00 PM in the afternoon to about 4:00, it grinds to a halt. I telecommute. Actually, between those times, I actually go to Starbucks and work, because I can't do it from home. When my lease is up, I am out of here, and my apartment manager knows it.

Ygnition review in Fort Worth, Texas: Nightmare from beginning to end
I had charter and thought that was bad. I had TMC and I thought THAT was bad, but then I got Ygnition (now Access Media 3). The nightmare started early on. Installation was a mess and even though I had a LIFETIME Tivo - I would have to rent one of their Tivo for a low monthly fee if I wanted to use it. I wanted a wireless setup, but they don't provide wireless routers or modems. So I went out about a bought a wireless modem/router in one. I figured, if they are going to force me to purchase something to have a wireless home, then I don't even want to rent their modem. Wrong. It worked for ONE WEEK then all the sudden went out. I could get it on by power cycling, but then after about a week I couldn't even do that. I called tech support and was told that the MAC address is blocked and that I have to buy a specific modem/router. I ask which one. They tell me. I look at my box and in my very own hand is the, "ONLY MODEM that will work for their MAC address." I tell the woman this, and she says, "then I don't know." Did I even get credited for the days my internet was out? No. I didn't. Being three weeks in, I threw the box and receipt for the modem away thinking there was no need to hold on to it. OH. And it wasn't even an "N" modem. I had to get the modem/router that was compatible with older and slower services. Then it continues. Billing was a nightmare. The billing interface (at the time) asked if I would like to keep my credit card on file. Well, since I leave it on file with Bank of America and so on I just clicked yes (so I wouldn't have to get out my card every time I paid the bill). Sure as ***, my card starts getting billing automatically. Keep in mind I didn't enroll in automatic payments. I simply wanted to keep my card on file. I call once again to ask WTF and I am told that I can't keep my card on file AND not have automatic billing. Well fine, then I'll get out my card when I need to pay. No big deal right? OUTAGE after OUTAGE after OUTAGE later - I am moving. Thank GOD, GHANDI, ALAH, ANS MOSES I don't have to deal with them anymore. So I thought. I moved out two months ago and sent them back the modem. I was smart enough this time to get tracking. Well I was supposed to mail it someplace in Fort Worth, which was really close to where I was moving. I even asked, "can I just take it there?" and was told no, that I would have to mail it. Well wouldn't ya know it, there was never anyone there to sign for it. The post office tried to redeliver TWICE and no one could sign for it. Momma didn't raise no fool. There was no way in *** I was going to mail it to them without some confirmation that they received it. After three phone calls to billing support. Each CSR said, "there was no mention on my account that it needed to be picked up." At that point they ASSURED me that they would put it on there unlike the previous CSR. Over a month later - I am being charged $180 for that modem and a WEEK ago, it returns to my house. Of course, I call and tell the NEXT CSR what all has happened and that I WANT TO HAND IT TO SOMEONE. She said, "mail it to this address in Houston." That was 3 weeks ago. Still owe them $180. I'm about to pay it just to get them to go the *** away forever.

Ygnition review in Houston, Texas: DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
Under no circumstances use this service. I will be moving to get away from this service when my lease is up. The service goes out frequently, especially the internet. When you call, you are disconnected from customer service repeatedly. I was disconnected 17 times once before I could complete the call. Technical and customer service reps do not answer questions consistently. I've talked to 3 different technicians about one problem and all 3 told me different stories. When I pointed out the inconsistencies, one hung up on me and the other 2 just stammered and said they didn't know what the problem was. One time, when I asked for someone to come out after I hadn't been able to watch TV for 4 days, I asked for them to send someone in the afternoon when I would be home. I received a call at 8:30 am the next morning from a technician trying to find my address. The reason he couldn't find it was because they were trying to send someone from Ft Worth, which is 200+ miles away. They will not credit your bill, even when you haven't been able to use the service. They consistently blame the customer for any problems. My internet was out for 4 days and they kept blaming me. It suddenly came back on, so it wasn't anything to do with me. Lately the TV has become unwatchable because of freezing, pixilating, and skips during the program. Do not get this service. If you do, you'll regret it.

Ygnition review in Hurst, Texas: Avoid at all costs!
IF YOU'RE ABOUT TO MOVE INTO AN APARTMENT THAT USES YGNITION/A3M FOR AN ISP, GO ELSEWHERE! This is the only ISP that my apartment complex offers. I was warned early on that they were a lousy ISP, but I never expected all this ***. My issues started the day I tried to sign up. Their website doesn't recognize my zip code as an area that they serve and their website is designed so that you can't view anything without a valid zip code. (Yes, even if you have them as an ISP) I signed up for internet service over the phone and I was told I would be getting a 6mpbs download speed, that's a pretty horrendous speed, but it's the "best" I could get. I moved into the apartment on a Friday and was told that they simply "couldn't do it" on Friday. I was also rudly informed that their techs don't work on weekends (BIG ISSUE FOR ANYONE THAT WORKS A NORMAL 9-5) Finally when I got the internet set up I was shown a test speed of 4.1 mbps. The technician couldn't offer me an explination for why I was getting 2mpbs less than what I was paying for. Customer service has given me no explanation, and I'm getting sick of this. Luckily I only have a 6 month lease and will be dumping these idiots for an ISP that provides 21st century speeds. Half of my work is done online and these speeds aren't even fast enough to load web pages in a timely manner. This is going to put a serious dent in my work productivity for the next 6 months. Since their customer service is impossible to get ahold of I'm taking this review and plastering it everywhere I can, and will be informing anyone who wants to move into this complex about how useless this "company" is.

I HATE YGNITION MORE THAN WORDS CAN DESCRIBE
I don't ever get statements from this piece of *** company. Not sure that is their fault as it could be the mail but it's not like they don't have my email address and phone number. I had a small past due balance. I paid the entire balance immediately after realizing I owed them. That was 26 hours ago. My service is not back on. I called today and was on hold for 50, yes 50 minutes and never got through. I called again twice. Waited 15 and 20 minutes. Never got through. Called again at 7 pm and got "the answering service". Now my Internet will be off for the entire week end. We cannot have Cox or Century Link at this condo complex. We have no choice but to use these worthless pieces of *** Next time I move, no matter how much I love the place, I will not move if ignition with a Y is the provider. Biggest JOKE in the entire U.S. How they stay in business is beyond me. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ygnition Billing
I've paid on-time and EARLY for my monthly service and should be ahead by a month. -however, since they changed their software and accounting information...they continue to claim I owe for this month! -I looked at my history as well as my bank history...and I'm correct and not crazy! I am ahead by a month...yet they have not shown that and continue to claim I owe for this month! -Also, have had internet issues and been out of service for 2 weeks....their solution was putting a splitter on my cable chord to the modem! -what a joke! -Yet they still bill me $53 for "high speed" internet! -What a load of ***!
