I am also in a situation where my apartment complex's only option for cable tv is Ygnition networks. I have been trying to get a service interruption solved for over 10 days now and seem to be getting nowhere.

The so called customer service reps for this company have cancelled technician appointments without telling me, have confirmed appointments that were never made and have left me on hold repeatedly for over 10 minutes at a time. I am posting a formal complaint with the owners of my apartment complex requesting that they change service providers and strongly encourage others to do the same.

I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and if I treated my clients like this, I would have been fired a long time ago. There is no excuse for the way this company does business.
